Our Founder
Mr. M.J. Sikile, the founder of J. Sikile School, Narsapur, is an epitome of a self-made man. Born to Mr. Joseph Sikile Sr. and Mrs. Pushpamma Sikile, he rose from humble beginnings through sheer hard work, faith and an unshakeable commitment to education.
He believed that true education moulds character, builds discipline and opens the doors of opportunity to every child — regardless of background. With that conviction he founded this school in 1984, planting in Narsapur a seed that has grown into one of the region’s most trusted institutions.
His life recalls Ralph Nadar’s words: “The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.” Generations of Sikilians carry his legacy forward.
